Terms of USE

By making a booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

Participation in any of our activities does not include insurance. Ski Gudauri strongly recommends having a valid accident insurance which covers skiing and snowboarding in all conditions, including off-piste and beyond the marked routes.

Ski Gudauri does not accept any responsibility in the case of an accident that occurs during any lesson or company-run event!

All rates in Georgian Lari (GEL). Information subject to change.

A down payment of 30% is required at the time of the pre-booking to secure a reservation (unless otherwise arranged).

All reservations made 72 hours or less prior to the first class are 100% due at the time of booking!

In some cases, you will have to pay the full cost of lessons in advance. This applies among others to high season lessons, February 1 – March 1, 2027.

The remaining balance must be paid before the beginning of the first lesson or rental period by cash (GEL) or card, online or at one of our shops in Gudauri.

Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel any service if payment is not settled in full before the beginning of the first lesson/rental period.

Any pre-booking may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 21 days prior to the start of the lessons and/or equipment rental period.

For any modification or cancellation less than 21 days prior to the start of the lessons and/or equipment rental period, the amount of down payment will be held back as cancellation fee. Please note that any bank transfer fees or transaction charges applied by the banks or payment providers are non-refundable and remain outside of Ski Gudauri’s control.

Any modification or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the lessons is subject to 100% payment of the total cost.

Also, no refund will be given by Ski Gudauri, in whole or in part, for unused lessons and unused days of equipment rental due to client late arrival, illness, accident, resort closure due to the weather conditions or mechanical failure, or for any other cause outside the control of the Ski School.

Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel its lessons and/or equipment rental services for a variety of reasons. Full refund of unused lessons and/or unused equipment rental days will be made in this instance.

Class time will be reduced to 1,5 hours if there are only 1-2 children in the group.

Any group lesson with 3 or more participants will run for the full duration.

A minimum of 3 participants of the same ability level is required for a group lesson to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Ski Gudauri reserves the right to cancel the group lesson. In such cases, affected guests will be notified in advance and alternative options may be offered, including private lessons.

Private lessons are subject to instructor availability and will incur an additional charge. The availability and pricing of private lessons cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Ski Gudauri.

By providing your email address, you agree that Ski Gudauri may use it to send you updates and promotional offers related to our services.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers (such as Mailchimp) to deliver our newsletters. These providers process your data only on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

No Data Selling

We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties.

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely and used exclusively for the purposes stated above.

Each person who uses Ski Gudauri rental equipment accepts the dangers inherent to the sport and agrees with the statements below.

I understand that there are inherent risks in the use of this equipment, that injuries are common and ordinary occurrences of the sport and I freely and voluntarily accept those risks.

I understand that the binding system will NOT RELEASE at all times or under all circumstances where release may prevent injury or death, and that it is not possible to predict every situation in which it will release. It is, therefore, no guarantee of my safety.

I understand how to use the equipment – I will use it as it is designed to be used.

I agree to inspect the equipment and accept it as is, only if it is satisfactory to me.

I accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment.

A Damage Waiver fee is added to each booking of skis and snowboards. This fee is not insurance. It protects you from incurring expenses related to accidental damage to the mentioned equipment while in your possession and control. You must still take reasonable precautions to protect the gear and not intentionally damage it. The Damage Waiver does not cover theft or loss of equipment.

It is possible to change the hired equipment with equipment of the same category at any time during the rental period. It is also possible to substitute the hired equipment with equipment belonging to another category. For substitutions with equipment of a higher value additional costs will be charged; For substitutions with equipment of a lower value the difference will not be refunded.

The Customer must pay for the rental of the equipment for the whole rental period. The hired equipment must be returned by the end of the last day of rental or the following day before 10 a.m.

In order to rent the equipment, Customers must make a security money deposit, equal to the full retail price of the gear piece. Alternatively, Customers may leave their identity proving documents as a pledge (passport OR ID card OR driving license). Documents must be passed to the ski rental administrator personally.

Customer authorises the Ski Gudauri Rental to use his personal data for statistical purposes as well as for market studies.
